Application of Gauge Pressure Transmitter

• For high-temperature steam measurement, more than half of the pipe cooling water shall be injected into the condenser pipe in advance. After the steam in the pipe is stable, slowly open the shut-off valve to start the measurement.
• For high-temperature steam measurement, cooling water shall be injected into the impulse pipe in advance. After the steam in the pipe is stable, slowly open the shut-off valve to start measurement.
• The differential pressure transmitter is used for differential pressure monitoring, especially for the micro differential pressure range of high static pressure such as filter and equipment leakage test, to improve the measurement accuracy.
• For steam flow measurement, the impulse pipe inclines upwards by 45 °, and the installation position of differential pressure transmitter is lower than the process pipe. The isolation tank and several shut-off valves shall be added, the coolant shall be injected into the impulse pipe in advance, and the exhaust and drain valves shall be opened regularly to drain and remove the residual gas and liquid in the impulse pipe, so as to ensure the measurement accuracy.
• For liquid flow measurement, the impulse pipe is inclined downward 45 °, and the installation position of differential pressure transmitter is lower than the process pipe. The isolation tank and several shut-off valves shall be added, and the exhaust and drain valves shall be opened regularly to discharge and remove the residual gas and liquid in the impulse piping to ensure the measurement accuracy.
• For gas flow measurement, the impulse pipe inclines upwards by 45 °, and the installation position of differential pressure transmitter is higher than the process pipe. The isolation tank and several shut-off valves shall be added, and the exhaust and drain valves shall be opened regularly to discharge and remove the residual gas and liquid from the impulse pipe to ensure the measurement accuracy.
• For liquid level measurement of sealed vessels, differential pressure transmitters are used for liquid level measurement of sealed vessels. Isolation tanks and multiple shut-off valves shall be added to drain and remove residual gas and liquid from impulse piping to ensure measurement accuracy.
