The 2088 shell diaphragm pressure sensor uses a high-performance, high-stability OEM pressure core as the signal measurement element, and the sensor signal is converted into a standard signal output through special signal processing.
The process medium exerts pressure on the measuring diaphragm through a flexible, corrosion-resistant isolating diaphragm and filling fluid, and one end of the measuring diaphragm is connected to atmosphere (for gauge pressure measurement) or vacuum (for absolute pressure measurement). When the measured pressure is transmitted to the sensor silicon chip through the measuring diaphragm and filling liquid, the resistance of the sensor silicon chip changes, resulting in the change of the output voltage of the detection system. The output voltage is proportional to the pressure change, and then converted into a standardized signal output by the adapter unit and amplifier.
The sensor module adopts full welding technology, with an integrated overload diaphragm, an absolute pressure sensor and a differential pressure sensor inside. The absolute pressure sensor is only installed on the high pressure side of the sensor capsule as the reference value for static pressure compensation. The negative pressure side of the differential pressure sensor is connected with the low pressure chamber of the sensor capsule.
When the measured differential pressure is transmitted to the sensor silicon chip through the isolation diaphragm and the filling liquid, the resistance of the sensor chip changes, resulting in the change of the output voltage of the detection system. The output voltage is proportional to the pressure change, and then converted into a standardized signal output by the adapter unit and amplifier.
