This electronic pH/ORP meter is an instrument developed by our company for online monitoring of pH/ORP value. The data can be transmitted to the monitoring room through RS485 or 4-20mA. The electronic pH/ORP meter is widely used in thermal power, chemical fertilizer, metallurgy, environmental protection, pharmaceutical, biochemical, food, tap water and other industries, and it continuously monitors the pH or ORP value and temperature in the solution. Continuous monitoring data is connected to the recorder through the transmission output to achieve remote monitoring and recording.
Electronic pH ORP Meter principle pH scale is generally divided into two basic properties: acid and base. An acid must have free hydrogen ions. Bases must have free hydroxide ions. pH is the parameter that directly reacts to hydrogen ions and hydroxide ions. If the number of hydrogen ions is much higher than the number of hydroxide ions, the solution is acidic. If the number of hydroxide ions is much higher than the number of hydrogen ions, the solution is basic. If the number of hydrogen ions is equal to the number of hydroxide ions, the solution is neutral.
pH online detector is composed of two parts: sensor and secondary meter. Can be equipped with three composite or two composite electrodes to meet a variety of places of use. Equipped with pure water and ultra-pure water electrode, it can be applied to the conductivity less than 3μs/cm water quality (such as chemical recharge water, saturated steam, condensate water, etc.) pH measurement.
