Differential pressure transmitter is a typical self-balancing detection instrument, which uses the working principle of negative feedback to overcome the influence of unfavorable factors such as component materials and processing technology.
The differential pressure transmitter is used to prevent the medium in the pipeline from entering the transmitter directly, and the pressure-sensing diaphragm is connected to the transmitter by a capillary tube filled with fluid. It is used to measure the level, flow and pressure of liquid, gas or steam, and then convert it into a 4 to 20mA DC signal output. The cover of the figure shows the domestic brand 3051 differential pressure transmitter.
Differential pressure transmitter is suitable for the following kinds of measurement and control situations.
For example, in the production of food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries, the transmitter is not only required to meet the sanitary standards in contact with the media, but also should be easy to flush to prevent cross-contamination of different media.
